The project

Enter this haven of greenery and discover a resolutely contemporary building with its modern shapes and its facades mixing plaster and ceramic.The architect took into consideration the site’s environment and the panoramic views to choose the orientation of the main bay windows and offer various views.

The building comprises 3 main floors, ground floor, first floor and the penthouse, over an underground basement. It comprises of 10 apartments in co-ownership including two 4 room apartments and two 5 room apartments on the first two floors and two large 6 room apartments in the penthouse.

A luxury realisation

This project boasts pure and modern lines and offers generous terraces accessible through wide sliding bay windows, with a glass and metal parapet. It integrates seamlessly and harmoniously in its environment and has no constructions opposite its main facade.

It gives center stage to light as all the rooms open on terraces or balconies through wide bay windows.

The South-East orientation guarantees an optimal lighting throughout the day, whether you are in your flat, your terrace or private garden, or in the residence’s wooded park accessible to all the residents.

A sustainable approach

In order for the residents to be able to enjoy the pre-existing natural environment, the landscape architects paid special attention to the conservation of this bucolic place by introducing various vegetation species appropriate to the area.

The building was also granted the High Energy Performance (HPE) label guaranteeing energy savings and thermal comfort. Cost-effective, efficient and sustainable, the solar thermal panels produce the domestic hot water.

An extensive green roof was put in place in order to respect the energy concept ; indeed it noticeably increases the thermal, acoustic and hygrometric comfort within the building. A retention basin is planned as part as a sustainable water management concept.


Cars and motorbikes – for both residents and guests – will drive down the vegetated parking ramp to park in the basement in order to offer a car-free environment above ground. Bicycles will be able to be stored in a shelter in front of the building. Two parking spots were planned for each apartment. The basement also includes the cellars and technical rooms.

The building has two entrances with a lift that allows direct access to the penthouse apartments.
